Exhibits and awards may be picked up on Monday, from 9:00 – 7:00 p.m., and Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., following the close of the fair on Sunday. No exhibit may be removed without presenting the proper claim ticket.
It is the policy of the Greene County Fair Association that any assisted living organization that wishes to bring mentally or physically challenged people to the fair may purchase 1-day passes in advance for ½ price per person.
Unless they are issued a daily or weekly pass by the Board of Directors, all persons will be required to purchase a ticket each time they enter the grounds.
Parking is free. Only those vehicles issued a permit by the Board of Directors will be allowed to park inside the gates. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
It is the policy of the Greene County Fair, Inc. that no animal shall be permitted on the grounds, other than those involved in events sanctioned by the Fair, such as a pet show, wildlife exhibits, petting barn, or livestock show or exhibit. Animals involved in such events shall be restrained in a manner considered proper by the Board of Directors of the Fair. The only exceptions to this policy are those animals which are used by the handicapped, for example, seeing eye dogs.
The Greene County Fair, Inc. reserves to its Board of Directors the final and absolute right to interpret all rules and regulations; and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions, and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of, connected with, or incidental to the Fair.
