Greene County Farm & Auto Show

- The 27th annual Greene County Farm & Auto Show will be held this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 15-16, at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
Gates will be open both days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The two-day event will feature all brands of antique tractors and vehicles as well as a host of other activities, including:
• arts and crafts vendors;
• a kiddie pedal pull and race (2 p.m., Saturday);
• a tractor pull (4 p.m., Saturday – Pull Admission $5.00);
• antique vendors;
• a “Parade of Power” Antique Tractor Parade (4 p.m., Friday and 3 p.m., Saturday);
• old-time farming demonstrations, and
• the Future Farmers of America (FFA) Wars, which is a special competition between local FFA high school students (9 a.m., Saturday).
