All entries in this department will be accepted on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.

Anyone who derives 25% of their income from photography is considered a professional and is not eligible to enter exhibits.

No more than two prints may be entered in any one lot by one person.

Photography which has previously received a blue ribbon at the Greene County Fair is not eligible to reenter.

Prints in Class 1 and Class 2 must be of sizes: 5" x 7" to 16" x 20". They must be mounted  on mat board only.  No Frames will be accepted for judging.

Prints may be mounted on any color mounting board with the maximum size for photo work being 26" in any direction.

Skyscapes include sunsets, lightning and clouds which may include anything.

Landscapes may include buildings, bridges, nature, people or wildlife which is recognizable as scenery.

Macro-Photography is extreme close-ups taken with macro, telephoto lenses, bellows or tubes.

Motion Photography is panning, blurring sports, racing, playing, peak of action and also stop action.

Abstracts are special designs and effects.

Architecture includes any man-made structure, buildings, bridges, and towers.

Plantworld includes nuts, mushrooms and flowers.

In Class 3, three related snapshots will be required for each category and must be of sizes (3½ x 3½ to 4 x 6). All 3 snapshots must be mounted on mat board or poster board for each category entered in Class 3.

ALL EXHIBITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE PROPER MEANS BY WHICH THE PHOTO-WORK CAN BE HUNG ON PEG BOARD.

All exhibits will be required to have the proper means by which the Photo-work can be hung on peg board.

A "Best of Show" will be chosen from both Class 1 and 2.

All premium checks void after sixty (60) days.
